Plywood, softwood 15 NSN, various and sizes, IAW CID a-a-55057. This Solicitation is Fora requirements type contract with a basic contract period of one year. Delivery orders will be issued using electronic data interchange (EDI). Contract quantities are estimated at 1,956,500 BF for untreated lumber and 4,830 Sheets of plywood. Delivery will bef.O.B. Destination to Military ocean team sunny PT NC. Required delivery schedule after receipt of order will include 30 days or less for truck load sizes, 10 days or less for unit/less than unit sizes; and one Day for emergencies of unit/less than unit sizes. This is an unrestricted acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. While price will be asignificant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors (including past performance and schedule compliance) as described in the Solicitation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 5 years.
