The Contractor shall provide the Food and Drug Administration with 21 each of the complete Quantex M-4 (Or Equal) Pentium 90Mhz 16MB RAM System with pre-installed licensed software included in system price as follows: MS-DOS 6.2 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 (or latest version of each); pre-loaded Novell PerfectOffice standard software with Documentation. Software substitutions shall not be accepted. The Windows 95 Operating System is also not acceptable. This requirement will be accomplished through the new simplified acquisition rules under FAR Part 13 dated December 15, 1994. All reasonable responses will be considered. Concerns having the ability to provide the complete system as specified above must submit written quotations within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice addressed to the attention of Nickie McKenna, referencing 95FF06150802D.
