SOL N00019-95-G-0242 POC Contact, GWEN WEAVER, Phone (703)604-1920 Naval Air Systems Command intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement with 07ZSing. Orders will be issued under this Basic Ordering Agreement to provide for engineering investigations relating to the feasability, practicality, validity or desirability of changes to various aspects of the V-22. The V-22 aircraft is currently under engineering and manufacturing development with Bell-Boeing. Only Bell-Boeing has data and expertise to perform these duties.
