Work under this project shall include all provisions necessary to update congregate restrooms/shower rooms in the subject patient buildings. This project will include replacement of all floor and wall tile (including new tile where glazed brick now occurs), new ceiling tile in showers, concealed exhaust sytems, partitions, toilet accessories, floor plan reconfiguration, and plumbing fixtures to meet all handicap accessibility and patient privacy. The cost range for construction is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Interested firms must submit Standard Form 254, A/E and Related Services Questionnaire and Standard Form 255, A/E Questionnaire for Specific Project no later than 4:30 p.m., October 13, 1995.
