The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate sole source with Oracle Corporation, 500 Oracle Parkway, MD15-10, Redwood Shores, CA 94065 for continued software support services. The support services for the software listed below includes usage rights, enhancements, correction of errors and omissions, automatic updates, and technical support hotline services. The Agency's requirement for support service is for the following software: SQL*Connect/DB2, SQL*Net TCP/IP, SQL*Net APPC, Data Browser, SQL*Plus, SQL*Forms, SQL*Reports and DB Kernel-0S/2 APPC. EPA believes that Oracle Corporation is the only vendor capable of satisfying the software maintenance requirements stated above. the period of performance is expected to be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. No solicitation is available. All interested parties must respond within 15 days of the date of this announcement.
