Title and number of pages of the notified document: STN 46 2211 - Potatoes. 6. Description of content: Proposed obligatory standard is valid for purchase and supply of new and autumn potatoes, peeled consumer potatoes and potatoes for processing. It is not valid for seed potatoes. The standard determines quality grades, allowed deviations, requirements for testing, sampling, requirements for packaging, labelling, transport and storage. 7.
