Offeror shall provide (except as otherwise provided) all services, personnel, travel, and lodging for Contractor personnel necessary to develop and present a course of instruction for the Energy Management in Existing Federal Facilities training course for FY96 as follows: 12-16 Feb 96, Huntsville, AL; 20-24 May 96, Huntsville, AL; Sessions 96-04 through 96-09 dates and locations are to be determined. This will be a requirements contract with dates and locations to be determined at a later date for FY97 and FY98. This course provides energy program managers, planners and designers with the capability to select, analyze, evaluate, and design energy conserving measures for implementing energy management programs in existing Federal Facilities. This course meets the Federal Energy Management Training requirements mandated by Public Law 102-486, Section 157, Energy Policy Act of 1992. The Contractor shall provide a staff that possesses practical experience in the energy management field that is experienced in developing/revising, administering and instructing short courses of instruction. The instructor staff shall consist of an instructor team of two qualified instructors plus any additional required supportive personnel. Special technical experience and qualifications will be set forth in this solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 6 Oct 95. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained by written request. Telephonic requests will not be honored. One set of the course material may be obtained from this office at a cost of $50.00 (non-refundable). Payment will be made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and Accounting Officer, USAEDH. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. This procurement is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
