For information, contact Barbara Knotz at Area Code (612) 370-2201 The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ), intends to acquire rental of apartments within a 25 mile radius of their location at 5600 Rickenbacker Road, #7, Bell, California. The facility must include cleaning service, telephone service, 24-hour security system and on-site laundromat. The apartments must be completely furnished and kitchen must include stove, refrigerator, micro- wave and dishwasher. A maximum of 50 1-bedroom units will be required. The contract will be from the date of the award through September 30, 1996 with option for an additional year. A fixed price contract. F.O.B. destination.
