This requirement is for Commercial Satellite Communications Services between locations at Offut AFB, NE; New Boston, NH; Kaena Pt, HI; Fairchild AFB, WA; Fleet Oceanography Center at Monterey, CA; and one site in Thule, Greenland. Service begins 1 Oct 95 and continues for one (1) year. This contract action continues service pending reaward which was competed under full and open competition.
