SMARTNET is s self-maintenance program which includes two basic types of maintenance services: Advance replacement of hardware as well as software updates/upgrades and comprehensive maintenance on-site. Comprehensive maintenance is on-site and includes all of the feartures of SMARTnet, plus on-site remedial under maintenance service: MODEL CISCO3202, 516-CS, IGA/TR, AGS+ and AGS+/4. No solicitation documentation is available. No contract award will be made on the basis of an offer/proposal received in response to this notice. All resonsible sources may respond by submitting a written narrative statement of capability including details, technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements within 15 days of this notice to the above address.
