A Bidder's Mailing List complied from the firms who have accessed the OPMAS-E Draft Request for Proposal is now available via the U.S. Army Information Systems Command Contracting Office Electronic Bulletin Board System (EBBS). Do NOT request any documents in writing, accessing the EBBS places a vendor on the Bidder's Mailing List automatically. A computer with a minimum of 8MB RAM, preferably 16MB, is recommended. The Bulletin Board can be accessed by dialing the EBBS, using any communication program, ANSI VT00 or RIPGRAPHIC. Use phone numbers (520) 533-0132 thru 0139. Modems should be 28800 baud. Login in as a new user and create your own password and use it each time you login. The first time you login, you will be given thirty minutes of access time.
