The General Services Administration, Procurement Services Branch, is interested in identifying sources who can perform services for a conflict of interest discrimination complaint which includes but not limited to the following: 1.) Identification of issues in the complaint and recommend acceptance or dismissal in whole or in part. 2.) conduct a complete and thorough investigation of the issues alleged in the complaint (if the complaint is accepted for investigation). 3.) Analyze and recommend findings and conclusions on the issues investigated in the complaint. Interested vendors are to be within 50 miles of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Response is necessary within 5 working days of this notice. This is only an attempt to identify sources and is in no way binding on the Government. (255)
