Basile, Contracting Officer The Government intends to place Communication Service Authorizations (CSA's) against Basic Ordering Agreements between 1) GTE Mobilnet of Hawaii, Inc. (Contract Number F64605-91-H-0002) for Cellular Mobile Radio Services; 2) Honolulu Cellular Telephone Company (Contract Number F64605-92-H-0001) for Cellular Mobile Radio Services; and 3) GTE Hawaiian Telephone Company, Inc. (Contract Number DCA200-92-H-0102) for communications facilities and services. The Government also intends to place a CSA against Contract Number DCA200-86-C-0006 for DOD telephone maintenance. The period of performance for all CSA's is 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 and geographic coverage is for all Department of Defense Activities in Hawaii. All the contracts will be awarded based on written quotations. The anticipated award date is 30 Sep 95. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
