W -- LEASE TO PURCHASE CAR HAULER FOR THE NAVY PUBLIC WORKS CENTER Sol N00187-94-B-8335. Due 102495. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and management necessary to deliver and maintain (for the warranty period of twelve (12) months) one new Aluminum Car Hauler. The contractor shall deliver the car hauler within within one hundred twenty (120) days to the Navy Public Works Center, Naval Station, Norfolk, Virginia. The unit shall be operational immediately following the joint inspection and acceptance of the car hauler by the Government. The government may extend the term of this contract for a term of one (1) to twelve (12) months. This procurement is not 100% set aside for small business concerns. Estimated bid open date is 28 November 1995. Plans and specifications will be ready on or about 24 October 1995. (255)
