In general, work shall be to construct a new housing office consisting of grading and earthwork, termite control, water and sanitary sewer, concrete slabs, wood trusses, wood sheathing, rough carpentry, interior architectural woodwork, shingles and flashing, building insulation, sealants, steel frames, flush wood doors, hardware, glass and glazing, gypsum drywall, acoustical tile ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, special coatings, bathrooms, mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire alarm and other electrical systems. Bid schedule shall consist of Base Bid plus five additives. Performance period shall be 270 calendar days. Estimated dollar range for the base bid and five additives is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
