CONKLIN (503) 326-6418 (Site Code DACW57) Replace exisitng overhead wiring, consisting of control, power, and video cables, at Willamette Falls Locks, West Linn, Oregon. Existing lines shall be carefully removed so as to remain functional while new lines are installed. Lines run over ten poles, first four are at bottom of cliff, next five on top of cliff, last one is at bottom of cliff. Overhead line is about 1,200 feet horizontal distance. Install two new PVC conduits under timber supported roadway in crawl space for about 300 feet and pull new wires through. This first phase shall be completed in 14 days after receipt of signed purchase order. During the next 14 days the Government will switch all connections to the new system. Contractor shall then return to remove old wiring from project site. RFQ DACW57-95- Q-0091 available on or about September 25, 1995. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts of the preceeding three years not in excess of $7 million.
