Slana (Site Code W31XNJ) The project consists of extending the existing 8-inch fuel transfer line approximately 800 feet, connecting to two (2) 30,000 gallon Government Furnished Contractor installed underground storage tanks, and constructing a new 1,200 SF Pumphouse to deliver 600 GPM to two (2) new Hydrant Hot Pit Fueling Stations constructed on the existing asphalt taxiway ramp. The existing asphalt pavement will require an asphalt overlay with a coal tar slurry seal. The new fuel line will require a 400 LF jack and bore installation under the existing taxiway.
