Work consist of furnishing materials, labor, equipment, fuel, maintenance, supervision, and incidentals to perform various construction activities (including concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter; road boring, fencing, etc.) at and around Lake O' The Pines and Wright Patman Lake. This contract period shall be for a period of one year (Base Year) with options to extend the contract an additional four years.
