Maintenance of Military Family Housing Services will include maintenance and repair of family housing units and associated utility systems, household equipment, appliance and playgrounds, miscellaneous maintenance and repair designated by the Contracting Officer. The work includes changes of occupancy, maintenance of equipment, painting and related services. Contract will be awarded for a 12 month base year with options not to exceed 60 months and is subject to FAR 52.232.18, Availability of Funds, prior to award and exercising of options. SIC Code is 8744 and the size standard is $7,000,000. The proposed acquisition is being 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Interested SB concerns should notify this office in writing, Attn: Code 051C of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 11 September 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small business, specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform a project of this complexity and magnitude.
