Z -- PAINTING DUE 092595 POC Contact Sherri Herring, Purchasing Agent, (919) 335-6491 The U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & supply Center intends to issue a purchase order to paint the ceiling portion of hanger 79. The contractor shall include all labor equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide a uniform application of a Super Save-Lite Dryfall Finish. For purposes of this contract the ceiling shall be defined as all areas 18 feet above finished floor. Surfaces on which paint is to be applied shall be dry and free of oil, dirt, and grease. Remove all old loose, peeling or flaking paint. Application should be made with airless spray with the following settings, air pressure 2000psi tip size .017'' with a 60 mesh filter. Contractor will be responsible for disposing of all empty containers in accordance with North Carolina EPA requirements. Paint and thinner will be furnished by USCG. Written reponses must be received not later than 1500 on 25 September 1995 and should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
