The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision and management necessary for removing damaged or broken glass from the opening, cleaning the frame, replacement of glass, cleaning glass surfaces, clean-up and removal of replaced glass, installation of reflective glass tinting film, cleaning and resealing existing glazing channels and incidental related work. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract with a guaranteed minimum of $8,000. The term of the contract will be for 12 months from the date of award. Tentative issue date is 26 SEP 1995. Potential bidders should request IFB N62474-95-B-3618 writing. Two site visits will be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday. One visit will be approximately 3 weeks and one approximately 1 week prior to the bid opening. These will be the only site visits and accordingly please schedule early. For purposes of completing the Representations and Certifications issued with the specification, any concern submitting a bid is classified as ``small'' if its annual receipts for its preceding three years do not exceed $7,000,000, (SIC CODE 1793).
