concrete bridge of any size: a) construction of superstructure of a
prestressed concrete bridge of at least 100 meters in span length,
using the cantilever erection method; and B) construction of foundation
using caisson-type piles of at least eight meters in bore. Note: only
construction projects in which bidders have had a 20 percent or greater
share of involvement are eligible for consideration; 4) firms that can
assign, to the construction site, a field representative and a chief
engineer or engineering supervisor who meet the following criteria: a)
have, since 1990, had experience with construction of either (a) or
(B) as described in item (3) above; field representative and chief
engineer or engineering supervisor combined must have completed both
(a) and (B) projects; B) in the case of chief engineer or engineering
supervisor, is qualified as a certified first-class construction
supervisor under the construction business law, or is qualified for
construction, agricultural civil engineering, or forestry civil
engineering under the engineers law; and C) in the case of engineering
supervisor, is qualified to supervise designated construction work; 5)
member firms must not be currently suspended from designation by this
Corporation; and 6) member firms must not be related by capital or
