The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation Division (NRaD) San Diego intends to negotiate a firm fixed price, sole source contract with Stanford Telecommunications, Inc. of Sunnyvale, CA for the following equipment: Ten Channel Satellite Signal Generator (SSG) (1 EA), Model No. 7200--SA/AS (1 EA) Model No. SA/AS--Extrasimulator control unit with channel control unit installed and factory alignment, (1 EA)--Rubidium Oscillator, (1 EA)--User Motion Generator, (1 EA). The above equipment is required for the simulation of up to 10 Global Positioning System (GPS) satellites on both L1 and L2 frequencies. NRaD developed specific firmware and other software which is unique to NRaD and only will work with the above Stanford Telecommunication equipment.
