Contract effort is to produce an electronic book version of the EM-1 Technical Handbook that incorporates table and graph interpolation, equation solvers, and plot coordinate readers. This effort is intended to be an electronic complement to the handbook with tools not capable of being incorporated in the paper product. Contemplated period of performance is 24 months.
