IFB o/a 10/05/95 Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 - $500,000. Time for completion: 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves: The Contractor shall, during the period of the contract, furnish all necessary supervision, labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, and appurtenances (except as may otherwise be provided for in these specifications) to perform the work described. The work will be performed when authorized by properly executed Delivery Orders (GSA 300) which will be issued from time to time for various quantities and types of work provided for in this contract. The work authorized under this contract shall be performed in the Greater St. Louis, Missouri Metro Area, but only at Government-owned buildings or Government-leased space where GSA has either repair responsibility or authority. Two (2) one-year options are included to extend the term of this contract. The total duration of this contract, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 3 years. See Note 3. (0257)
