Federal Aviation Administration intends to contract for purchase of a
total of 29 items of systems furniture for delivery to its Regional
Office building in Renton, WA. The items of systems furniture include
acoustical wall panels with fabric covering, worksurfaces of several
sizes, lateral files of various sizes, center and end supports for the
wall panels, and task lights of various sizes. The fabric walls shall
have the required trays for electrical cabling. Panels to be purchased
may be new or used (or reconditioned/refabricated), but must match, in
both appearance and installation, with existing Herman-Miller
furniture already in existence throughout the Regional Office building
in Renton, WA. System furniture requirement is for approximately 35
workstations to be installed by separate contract. Solicitation package
will be available approximately October 5, 1995. Delivery is required
within thirty calendar days from the date of contract award. Standard
