The New York City Transit Authority is seeking to retain a multidiscipline Professional Architectural/Engineering Consultant to perform Engineering Design Services for miscellaneous construction projects under an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Consultant will supplement the in-house Engineering Staff for the design and construction of capital program projects. The Consultant should have experience in study and design of railroad, subway stations and related structures. Estimated breakdown of major disciplines is approximately 20% Architectural, 20% Civil/Structural, 20% Electrical, 20% Mechanical, 20% Study/Testing/Investigation etc. The Consultant shall upon receipt of duly executed task orders perform all work for the project(s) described in such task orders. Estimated amount: $1,700,000.00. Estimated contract duration: 66 Months.
