speaker for this Seminar is Paul Murphy. As president of Eagle Eye
Publishers, Inc. Mr. Murphy has been providing federal market research
services to federal contractors for the last 10 years. The course will
be a hands-on seminar devoted to searching databases for federal
re-compete and sub-contract opportunities. After a brief introduction,
Mr. Murphy will create several custom reports using real business
information and propose strategies for prioritizing which identified
