NO. 7FXI-P5-95-4904-1 originally synopsized June 13, 1995, is modified
to extend the Close date to November 28, 1995, and to incorporate
clause I-FSS-164-C, option to extend the term of the contract. All
contracts under this multiple award schedule Solicitation will include
an option to extend the term of the contract. When the option to
extend the term of the contract is exercised all extended contracts
will become indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity contracts with $100
guaranteed minium for the option period. This clause also provides for
annual open seasons to be issued during the optionperiod. I-FSS-125,
requirements exceeding the maximum order and related clauses which
implement the new maximum order provisions are incorporated. To assist
the customer agencies to determine when they should seek a price
decrease alevel called a maximum order will be established under each
contract. When an agency order exceeds this amount, It is recommended
that the agency contact the vendor for a reduced price. The vendors
will not be obligated to accept these orders in accordance with FAR
52.216-19. I-FSS-599, electronic Commerce Federal acquisition network
(facnet), which implement clauses relating to gsas advantage program
are also incoporated. (GSA advantage will use facnet system to receive
price lists and send purchase orders.) vendors who have responded to
synopses issued June 13, 1995, need not respond to this one inasmuch as
