Box 467, Mingo Loop Road, Rangelen, ME 04970 for an Automatic Master Paralleling Control and Switching System (AMPCSS), manuals, and training -- the items are needed to support the Guardrail Common Sensor System 2 program -- The AMPCSS is an integral part of a mobile electrical power plant (PPE) that provides power to the Guardrail Common Sensor; control and switching of the PPE is provided by the AMPCSS -- it is believed that Friehoff-Lewin is the only source who is capable of providing the above items since they are the original designer and manufacturer of the required items and they are the only known source with the expertise and the data required to produce the items -- there is no competitive technical data package available for any of the required items -- any firms believing they can provide the above should contact the Contracting Officer identified -- DAAC71-95-Q-0004 applies -- see note #22 (0261)
