The offeror must perform management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or in the custody of HUD Columbus Office Jurisdiction. The properties are located in the Southeast County, Northeast County and Northwest County of the State of Ohio. The contractor shall be required to perform REAM services which require daily services in the form of inspections, debris removal, lawn maint., Winterization, etc. The terms of contract is for a one base year period with two single year option periods to be exercised by the Government. The standard is Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6531. The size standard is $1,500,000. The proposed contracts listed here are 100 percent small business set-asides.
