Seeking new product or improved method of production for providing personalized security identification badges. Current production produces preprinted core sheets of Teslin material which are personalized and bonded utilizing MRTY adhesive to a clear polyester outer shell in pouch laminators. Finished product must withstand wear and tear from activities such as laundering and ironing, and contact with beverages, greases, oils, cosmetics, and other common substances. Outer shell must be scuff resistant, heat and cold tolerant, and not bond together when stored in stacks under a variety of temperature and humidity environments. Finished product must withstand attempts to delaminate core stock from outer shell. (258)
