Work includes but is not limited to the following work: interior remodeling of a judicial chambers which will require new interior finishes including painting, plaster patching and finishing, carpeting and miniblinds. The work will also include providing and installing new milwork - new wood doors, wood trim, book cases, radiator enclosures and some existing wood refinishing. Mechanical work will include reconfiguring ductwork to accommodate new supply and return air diffusers, and replacing steam radiator valves and temperature controls. Electrical work will include air diffusers, and replacing steam radiator valves and temperature controls. Electrical work will include new lighting and new electrical and communication wiring and outlets. Plumbing will include providing and installing new fixtures and fittings in an existing toilet room. The estimated construction cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The completion time for this project is 189 calendar days. The proposed contract is being solicited only from small business concerns. Bids received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.
