The Glove Box must meet the following minimum specifications: (1) Oxygen removal capacity: 5 liters, (2) Moisture removal capacity: 140 grams of water and 1 ppm of Oxygen 2 and Hydrogen 2 Oxygen by volume, (3), Stainless Steel Glove Box Frame, (4) Purifier must circulate inert gas at 5 cfm, with low pressure differentials and still provide oxygen and moisture removal to less than 1 ppm by volume, (5) System must be totally self-contained. It is expected that the glove box will contain: (1) stainless steel dri-lab; (2) dri-train and pressure control; (3) dri-lab light, (4) dri-lab shelf, (5) internal glove port cover, (6) circulation filter, (7) dri-lab stand, (8) butyl rubber gloves, (9) manual purge valve, (10) vacuum pump, and (11) moisture analyzer. A firm fixed price contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Streamlined Procedures will be utilized. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, Rhode Island. This item will be required within six months after date of contract award. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. A written quotation will be issued with an anticipated award date of 6 November 1995. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3821.
