Vessel shall be delivered at Government expense along the Columbia and Willamette Rivers within 75 miles of the U.S. Moorings, Portland, Oregon. Contractor must possess a current Master Ship Repair Agreement with the Portland District. Due to winter weather and size of the vessel, delivery will not be considered beyond the Mouth of the Columbia River. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses.
