The work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walkways, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing sutructures and construction of related items required per the drawings and specifications at the VA Medical Center #580, 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77030. An Alternate shall be considered in lieu of the 25,000 Ton-Hour Unit to install a 30,000 Ton-Hour Thermal Storage Unit. IFB 580-53-96 shall be available OCTOBER 20, 1995 and shall close for bid opening on NOVEMBER 20, 1995 (2:00 P.M.) The estimated range of the project is $1 to $2 Million.
