The software lease is for the period starting October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. No Solicitation document exists. All interested concerns must identify their interest and fully document their capability to meet the agency's requirements by fowarding a detailed response within fifteen calendar days of this notice. All request must be in writing to Attn: Mary Anne Wright, and reference EADP-96-090. No telephone responses will be honored. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation, will be issued to the intended schedule vendor and all firms taht respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of this solicitation. If no affirmative written responses are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the publication of this synopsis to the affect that a comparable source is available, or is more advantageous to the Government than purchasing from the contract schedule, and order will be placed with IBM Corporation againist their GSA contract schedule.------------------------------------------------------------- --- (0263)
