FISC Regional Contracts Department intends to issue a soliciation to procure services for the chemical milling of aircraft materials that consist of stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum. Chem milling is to be IAW blueprints, specifications. All materials must be PVC coated before and during delivery. Contractor shall pick up material within 24 hours of notification.
