The additions and alterations address a shortage in the commissary store's sales area. The sales area will receive decor treatment, new deli/bakery, lighting and HVAC upgrades. Alterations include produce, HBA, meat, frozen food, dairy, fish, restrooms, checkout area, administration offices, and new exit vestibules. Also included is replacement of all refrigerated and non refrigerated display cases, gondola shelving, and the complete refrigeration system. The new refrigeration system will utilize R-22 refrigerant. This procurement is unrestricted. Magnitude of this construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Time for project completion is approximately 14 months. Bid guarantee is required.
