SOL Respiratory Therapist Services DUE 111495 POC Contact Point, Joyce Andrews, (614)772-7013, Contracting Officer, Sharon Kempton, (614)772-7011 Contractor to provide services of an on-call Certified Respiratory Therapist to perform health-related services including but not limited to pulmonary function testing, blood gas testing, ventilator care, oxygen setups, oxygen rounds, and performing EKGs for an estimated 624 hours per year to cover emergency absences and/or scheduled leave by VA respiratory therapists. The eight-hour shifts of work would cover following shifts: 7:30am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12Midnight, and 12 Midnight-8:00am and would include weekday and weekend coverage. All work must be performed at VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Performance is for base year commencing 12-5-95 and two one-year option periods. SIC is 8099. RFP to be issued o/a 10-12-95.
