This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to submit an offer on the service as a prime contractor as early as possible, but not later than 06 Oct 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economiccally disadvantaged business concern, evidence and amount of capacity to obtain bonds and specific information which demonstrates experience in housing and residential maintenance service type contracts. Complete information concerning management experience in managing multiple job trades to accomplish such maintenance should be submitted with references.
