It is anticipated that during December 1995, the U.S. Dept. of State, RPSO Miami will issue a solicitation for the operation and management of guard services and related support for the American Embassy Georgetown, Guyana. These services are necessary in order to prevent unauthorized access, protect life, maintain order, deter criminal attacks against employees, dependents and property and terroristic acts against all U.S. assets, and prevent damage to Government property. The Contractor selected will be required to provide all the services and supplies to accomplish the work as required by the contract to include but not limited to all managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel. All responsible small business sources that satisfy the small business size standard set forth in the solicition may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specific requirements for the proposal as well as the evaluation criteria shall be set forth in the solicitation.
