The 374th Contracting Squadron will contract to purchase remote printing equipment and installation for the Pacific Stars and Stripes located in Tokyo Japan. The equipment will consist of two (2) bridge routers two (2) file servers, two (2) image setters, two (2) file processors and all the software needed to allow the system to communicate compress/decompress, store, present, purge schedule, and RIP process as needed. The system must be capable of operating on a 110/220 volts 60 hertz power supply and a 100/200 volts 60 hertz power supply. The contractor will also be required to provide installation, training and support for the system. The solicitation issuance date is 02 Oct 95. The date of receipt of offers is 2:00 p.m. 02 Nov 95.
