This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources or alternate sources for Engineering Services for Combat Electromagnic Environment Simulator (CEESIM 32). The proposed acquisition will be a three year Time and Material (T&M) requirements contract to support and/or upgrade the government owned CEESIM 32. Current source for the item is Amherst System Inc., Buffalo, N.Y. Detailed techncial data for the manufacturing or acceptance of the item nor the access to the software source code is not available from the army. Suppliers capable of furnishing this item must so indicate by writing to CDR, CECOM ATTN: AMSEL-RD-NV-SR-S (Steven E. Oshel) Fort Monmouth, N.J. 07703-5000. A respondent must have a secret clearance. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of Purchase Order if the supplier was a vendor to the current source, or a statement from the current source demonstrating that the supplier can in fact supply the item that will be physically and functionally interchangable with the items that the current source supplies. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the army.
