Establishment of a firm fixed-price requirement contract for purchase of foam supplies (Milflex Components ``A'' and ``B'') for use on Instapak Model 808 all-electric foam-in-place system presently in use at Bldg 108, Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. All foam products must be CFC-free and comply with MIL SPEC MIL-F-83671, Class 3, semi-rigid foam-in-place materials dated 5 Feb 85, as modified by Interim Amendment dated 30 Mar 90, updated to reflect CFC-free foams. Chemical bulk tanks (275 gl) with recyclable corrugated outer cover and disposable plastic liner are requested. Top of tank must be recessed to receive system pumps.
