THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT.The Carderock Division, Annapolis Detachment, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate a contract modification with ORI/ManTech Joint Venture, 12015 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA 22033 for engineering services for Navy-oriented software services in support of shipboard Propulsion and Auxiliary Machinery Systems Development. Modification is to provide interim service pending recompetition of a follow-on contract. Period of performance for this modification is from initial contract award to 30 September 1997. Note 22 applies to the extent that the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. (0264)
