The Carderock Division of the Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirment to purchase services to test the computer code of a large warfare simulation model - the Naval Air Battle Evaluation Model II (NABEMII), to develop test scenarios to realistically test/debug the computer code in typical warfare tasks, to update user manuals and to train new users. Anticipated award date 10-10-95. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirment under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
