D -- ONLINE FULL TEXT DATABASE INFORMATION RETRIEVAL SERVICES POC Contact Mary Sittler at (404)842-6573 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Information Center intends to place an order against an existing FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with LEGI-SLATE for the continued use and access of their database. The service requirements are contained in the Library of Congress/FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement. This subscription is for online electronic retrieval from the following: Federal Register, Congressional Service, Current USC and Daily CFR. Service will be continued through FY96. No single vendor is known who can provide access to all databases outlined above. No contract award will be made on the basis of any responses, because this synopsis is a notice of intent to place an order with the above named vendor and shall not be considered a solicitation document. No solicitation document exists. No telephone inquiries will be honored. Written responses should include price and technical data sufficient to determine capability and must be received in this office within (15) calendar days after publication of this notice. If no written and convincing documentation responses are received, an order shall be placed with the above named vendor. (0264)
