Sutton, Contracting Officer at (505) 678-3338 The solicitation shall set forth requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance, deinstallation, reinstallation and installation services of Government-owned IBM, Memorex & Idea Manufactured Equipment located at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, parts, materials, personnel, transportation, test and measuring equipment, hand tools, repair manuals, schematics, block diagrams, diagnostics, and any other aid necessary to perform the required contractual services. The contractor shall be required to provide Remote Facility Support (RFS) for an IBM Model 3090 15S and an IBM 4381 Model M02. Demonstration of this ability may be required. Corrective maintenance will be on a Twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day a week basis. Applicable documents include original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) manuals applicable to all Government-owned IBM, Memorex & Idea Manufactured Equipment. The solicitation will be issued on or about 06 October 95 with an estimated closing date of 06 November 1995. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The anticipated period of contract performance will be one year, with two one-year options. (0264)
