S -- HERBICIDING SERVICES SOL DAAA03-96-R-0001 DUE 121595 POC Thaddious Kee, Contract Specialist, 501/540-3040. Furnish all services, labor, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to herbicide specified areas in accordance with Pine Bluff Arsenal's Sepcifications for CY 96 Herbiciding Requirements, FC 9-96, dated 1 Aug 1995. Contractor shall survey each site and formulate a prescription to control the specified target species. The Contractor shall submit a plan of action to accomplish each of the given tasks. Copies of each chemical label and each Material Safety Data Sheet are required in the Contractor's plan of action. The plan shalll specify method of application, type of equipment, type of personal action protection clothing and equipment, etc. The Contractor is to provide herbicide application to specified undesirable vegetation. The preceding requirements are not all inclusive. Work is to be performed at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas. Acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Base Period and Four Option Periods are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which shall b e considered by the Directorate of Contracting.
